TRACEABILITY OF THE BEAN

OUR COFFEE'S JOURNEY

Caranavi is our processing hub where most of the work is done. Every evening our wet mill is busy with deliveries from our farms and our producers farms. Immediately, each bag gets weighed and processed by washing, fermenting, or is moved to dry as naturals. We use raised beds and machine drying to dry the beans on site before sending them to our dry mill for quality control, packing and exportation. Quality is checked at every step of the way and each processed lot gets cupped on site to ensure it meets our standards.

BUENA VISTA MILL

Located in Caranavi in the region of La Paz.
Every night we receive coffee from our own farms, Sol De La Mañana farms, as well as different farmers in the area.

EL FUERTE MILL

Located in Samaipata in the region of Santa Cruz.
The mill is located at our Farm El Fuerte, and processes all the coffees from our farms in that area.

THE MOON MILL

Located in Kañuma in the city of La Paz.
This mill is where all previously processed coffee beans from Caranavi and Samaipata get further processed, and prepared for export or packed for local commerce. The traceability of the bean remains until the coffee gets exported.
